Cada participante deberá presentar con un documento que acredite su nombre, edad y nacionalidad para ser inscritos en su categoría correspondiente.
Mayores de Edad:
Los competidores mayores de edad deberán presentarse con su DNI o carnet de extranjería.
Menores de Edad:
Los competidores menores de edad deberán inscribirse con sus padres portando sus documentos personales (padres de familia) y si fuera apoderado con una carta de autorización de los padres del menor de edad, así como también los del participante menor de edad (DNI) ya que los mismos deberán firmar el permiso o carta de compromiso que permite a su menor hijo pueda participar.

Las personas que llegaran al evento en mención directamente, tendrán un aproximado de 15 a 20 minutos para inscribirse antes del horario establecido.
